Let Someone Hear You.

And by that someone, I mean me. Far too often, people listen with the intent to reply instead of simply listening to what someone has to say. Here is where I come in. I am more than happy to listen to anything you have to say:

  • vent sessions
  • speech/lecture/stand-up practice
  • someone to just hear you out.

I won’t judge you, interrupt you, or give you feedback (unless asked for). Talk to me while you drive (hands-free!), while you walk, or while sitting in the comfort of your own home. If talking isn’t for you, we can also chat via text.

Phone sessions come in 15, 30, and 45 minute incriments. All text sessions are 30 minutes.

You never have to give me your name, and all sessions are strictly confidential.

I have experience in being silent when it counts! I have taught courses where it is paramount to create safe spaces for students to express their thoughts and ideas. You see, judgment can be deadly and shut down important creative/emotional processes; I strive to be judgment-free. Also, I have been in many situations where I just needed someone to talk to- although I haven’t always been able to afford (or had time to visit) a therapist. I have a Master’s degree in Sociology and have interacted with people of all races, sexual orientations, religions, genders, religious background, ages, occupations, and income levels.
